simply gorgeous fonts. I wanted to point out, however, that Lorem Ipsum is actually not just dummy type.
Lorem ipsum was part of a passage from Cicero, specifically De finibus bonorum et malorum, a treatise on the theory of ethics written in 45 BC. The original reads, Neque porro quisquam est qui dolorem ipsum quia dolor sit amet, consectetur, adipisci velit . . . (“There is no one who loves pain itself, who seeks after it and wants to have it, simply because it is pain . . .”).

Hey guys! The preview you have on the Jellyka Font it’s not the actual Jellyka… do you have this picture by mistake?
Thanks for this useful and wonderful fonts :)
Cheers from Guatemala!

Quick note – the first font on your list is Jellyka – Gare de Chambord, however the image shows a different Jellyka font – Estrya’s Handwriting (one of my faves). Both are great & both are free, just thought you might want to update the name.

The first one doesn’t look anything like the sample provided. But a good collection, nonetheless. Thanks.

The first one is really http://www.dafont.com/jellyka-estrya-s-handwriting.font, not Gare de Chambord.

I particularly like the Jellyka, it think it could prove useful in a direct mail campaign.

So excellent font types .. once i was writing a love letter to my girlfriend and i was wondering which handwriting to follow so i picked up a sample from internet and practiced but always thought that it could have been better .. When i saw this font style, i simply thought that it was this handwriting she would have been with me :)

I’ve know about these types of alternates but constantly stuggle with trying to find a up to date application to create them with. I’ve tried everything from Fontlab Studio to the that old one by Macromedia. Just clunky and a pain.

Hi, I like these fonts. Are they unicode? (I’m looking for nice cyrilic calligraphics fonts, and if these are unicode i think they would be just for me!)
