s3Slider jQuery plugin

If you need to quickly setup a slide-show with text and links on your website, have a look at s3slider. It’s really lightweight (1.6kb compressed) and the only limitation (most of them out there have this limitation) is images must have the same dimensions. s3Slider plug-in is supported by all the modern browsers out there.
All you have to do is specify an unordered list with your images (there are some rules about the names of the list ids, read the explanation about it) and an empty div. That’s all.

Here’s another Lightbox clone for those using jQuery. piroBox seems to be very fast and compatible with all the major modern browsers. A little but nice set of options lets us specify various paramaters for our image gallery (borders, single or set of images, fade speed etc.).
You can download piroBox 1.0 (3kb packed) from its official website.

You may already be familiar wih this plug-in. It’s the jQuery Autocomplete plugin that does exactly as its title says. Provides auto-complete functionality. The only problem with it though it’s not in the script but in its documentation. Well.. it doesn’t really exist. If you are familiar with advanced jQuery scripting then you shouldn’t have any problems, if not then you should read this.
